General Information:

- This is a preorder of clothes, clothes will usually arrive within 2 weeks after receiving your orders.

- Prices stated are fixed. However, if you are buying more, do feel free to ask us if we can give discounts.

- For collecting of orders, we do Postage or Mass Meet Ups. Prices of collection mode are given as below.

Postage/Meet up :
· Postage varies depending on the weight of your items (Please refer to SingPost for postage prices) and we charge $1.00 for packaging.
· Top up $2.24 for registered postage (Highly recommended)
· Meet up will only be available @ city area or area to our convenience (Negotiable)
· All meet up are subject to availability of seller
· Novrei shall not be responsible for any lost normal mails

- Items may differ from pictures due to the different circumstances where the item is being photographed. Novrei do not guarantee a 100% similarity. However, we have order a few times and the quality of clothes are still reasonable.
